6 weeks to go!

we have just six weeks until the run! 6 WEEKS! when i got the idea to run an ultra marathon, i didnt really think about the time frame. we only gave ourselves 8 weeks to train. that is not a lot. we are two weeks into and i must admit, still going strong.

rhys and i make the time to run at least 6 miles every day. we have some long runs planned this week and weekend, but the most exciting thing upon the horozion is....
